The rooftop view of the pyramids is stunning, and the rooms are comfortable. The staff, especially Mohamed the manager, are knowledgeable and helpful for arranging activities in Giza and other provinces like Luxor and Aswan. The crew, including Osman who makes delicious falafel and breakfast, are incredibly kind and treat you like family. a fantastic experience.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the pyramids, as it is just a short distance away. The staff is friendly and helpful, as they walked me to a nearby restaurant on the first night. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options, and the view of the pyramids from the balcony was breathtaking.

The surrounding area, with its stables, was quite dirty and had an unpleasant smell, which detracted from the overall experience.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with working air-conditioners. The hotel also organized all my activities and airport shuttle at great rates. He gave great advice on tours without being pushy, and was flexible with my late check-out. The hotel felt safe, and I never had to worry about a thing.
