I recently stayed at Horus Guest House for 5 nights while exploring the pyramids. The true pyramid views from the rooms and deck were stunning, especially during the light show at night. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and provided snacks, water, and assistance with anything we needed. They even offered to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop bar had an amazing view. Ahmed, our driver, was fantastic too.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Clean place with superbly friendly and incredibly kind staff and amazing view at sunset. Location short walk to the main ancient egyptian monuments, the gize pyramids good view from the roof of the guest house and the Sphinx and the Pyramids.

The rooftop view of the pyramids is stunning, and the rooms are comfortable. The staff, especially Mohamed the manager, are knowledgeable and helpful for arranging activities in Giza and other provinces like Luxor and Aswan. The crew, including Osman who makes delicious falafel and breakfast, are incredibly kind and treat you like family. a fantastic experience.

We felt like part of the family at this family-run hotel. They treated us as their own and made us feel at home. They even packed us breakfast for our early morning flight and provided unlimited bottled water. The view from the rooftop terrace allowed us to see the pyramids and enjoy the free light and sound show. The staff, especially Horus, Sayed, Dina, and Sayed. They made sure we had everything we needed and shared fascinating history about ancient Egypt. The hotel also organized a memorable trip on the Nile for us.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the pyramids, as it is just a short distance away. The staff is friendly and helpful, as they walked me to a nearby restaurant on the first night. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options, and the view of the pyramids from the balcony was breathtaking.

The surrounding area, with its stables, was quite dirty and had an unpleasant smell, which detracted from the overall experience.

The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking! Being able to see the pyramids up close was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Another great thing about this place was the friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the convenience of having dinner available at the hotel was a big plus, especially during Ramadan when it can be difficult to find open restaurants.

The room itself was a bit rundown and could use some maintenance. The toilet leaked constantly, making the bathroom feel damp and uncomfortable.

The value for money was great, the room was clean and comfortable. The location had a great view of the pyramids and the staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
